Hiii, my name is Madeline! I am so glad you're here. I absolutely love telling people's stories through film and digital photography, and would love to have the chance to tell yours. My work is for the analog-lovers, the folks who like the crackles and pops of vinyl and the grainy texture of film. My work is for anyone who want their photos to feel like a piece of art, a beautiful felt-memory that will bring them right back to that moment in time.

I love visual art, and have always been especially drawn to photos and videos. When I was a kid, I was fascinated with taking photos and videos on our old cameras -- seeing visions of my life saved to view later from afar. I could see my family grow in images. I asked for a new point-and-shoot every year for my birthday and always had a disposable camera nearby. In college, couldn't help but be drawn to artists. It was all of my friends who inspired me to seek creative outlets. I had always been very creative and interested in art and music, but it quickly became the most important thing for me to create, to dream, to explore, to learn, and to grow in any craft I could get my hands on. After graduating from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in 2018, I started taking photography more seriously, created some concepts and took photos of my roommates and friends. The more I shared my work, the more people were interested and soon people started hiring me to take photos of them!

I've been growing in my craft immensely since then and have created a photography business that I love so dearly! I absolutely love working with such beautiful people and creating new friendships through each one of my photoshoots. When I started taking photos of weddings, it was kind of on a whim! I wasn't sure I wanted the pressure of being a wedding photographer, but after my first wedding, I was completely hooked. First because I am a sucker for love. Second because, celebrating people and celebrating love is the best thing we can do as humans. I hold back tears at every wedding, I feel it all and adore capturing people in such pure moments of joy. Being in the wedding industry is not for the faint of heart, there is never a dull moment and each wedding day is so unique and special. On that busy day, I will be a calming and uplifting presence for you. I will bring you back to the moment and make sure you get some time alone, too. I will be ready to find the happy accidents and never miss a big moment. I am currently booking weddings and elopements for 2026 and 2027 - reach out now!

My aim is to create photos that radiate love, energy and style - photos that reflect who my clients are as their most joyful, courageous and whole selves. I want to work together to create true-to-you photographs that represent who you are, the love you share, your family or the things you create. When I'm not taking or editing photos, you can find me in Minneapolis, MN hanging out with my cats Morrie, Monster, Maisie and my husband Max, spending time with friends and family, going for a walk, listening to good music, thrifting, or watching Survivor. Sometimes I bake, write, make collages, take a good bath, play games and do nothing, too! Last but certainly not least, I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community (bisexuals exist!) and will never stop affirming and celebrating queer people and queer love!
