I will always show up early to scout locations for everything, but I just like to ask if you already had a vision for where you want things!

Are you planning to do any first looks before the ceremony? If so, do you have a location in mind for this?

With each other, parents, etc.

If you are seeing each other before the ceremony, would you like to do the majority of the posed photos before you say “I do”?

Including family and party group photos!

How long do you expect your ceremony to last?

Who is officiating your ceremony and what is your relationship to them?

Are there any unique/special moments happening during the ceremony?

Unity ceremonies, family involvement, readings, officiant doing something special, etc.

How many guests to expect to attend the ceremony?

For your ceremony, is it okay for me to walk through the aisle and up front to get better shots?

If you are not having a traditional aisle, tell me about your ceremony setup! :)

Are there any specific people NOT in your bridal party/family photos you’d like to make sure you get photos with? When will these photos happen?

For photos of just you two, do you want a little more help finding poses or would you prefer to have some space and make your own magic?

I try to do a bit of both with couples, but I love to know what makes you feel most comfortable!

What time will the reception start? Is there a cocktail hour?

These are things like holding your grandmother's handkerchief or a gift that you're giving to your partner.

Will there be speeches? If so, who will be giving them?

Are you doing a cake cutting or a special dessert moment?

Are there any photography restrictions at the ceremony or reception that you are aware of?

Do you have a videographer? If so, please fill in their email address so I can also coordinate with them!

What other vendors are you working with? Please list the name of vendors such as the your dress/ tux, florals, baker, etc. so I can appropriately tag people when sharing.
