I will always show up early to scout locations for everything, but I just like to ask if you already had a vision for where you want things!

Are you planning to do any first looks before the ceremony? If so, is there a specific spot you'd like these to happen?

If you are seeing each other before the ceremony, would you like to do the majority of the posed photos before you say “I do”?

Including family and wedding party group photos!

How long do you expect your ceremony to last?

Who is officiating your ceremony and what is your relationship to them?

Are there any unique/special moments happening during the ceremony?

Unity ceremonies, family involvement, readings, officiant doing something special, etc.

How many guests to expect to attend the ceremony and reception?

For your ceremony, is it okay for me to walk through the aisle and up front to get better shots?

Are there any specific people not in your wedding party/family photos you’d like to make sure you get photos with? When would you like these photos to happen?

What time will the reception start? Is there a social/cocktail hour?

Are you doing a grand entrance?

Will it be just you two or the whole party? Anyone else? Will there be someone announcing your entrance?

Would you like to take sunset photos with just the two of you? If so, do you have a specific spot in mind for these photos?

Sunset time varies based on season!

Will there be speeches? If so, who will be giving them?

Will you be having any special dances? If so, please list them!

Are there any photography restrictions at the ceremony or reception that you are aware of?

Do you have a videographer? If so, please fill in their email address so I can also coordinate with them!

What other vendors are you working with? Such as the catering, beverages, bakery, DJ/band, musicians, florist, videographer, makeup/hair artists, your wedding outfits, wedding coordinator, etc!

This helps me tag all the amazing vendors of your day when I share the images! Other vendors can include those for invitations/stationary, decor, rentals, jewelry, etc.
