Your wedding day is almost here! :') I am so thrilled to be part of your day, it's going to be incredible and I'm so excited for you to experience it.

Please fill out this form prior to our Wedding Check-in Meeting! We will go over all of the details together. If there are questions you don't know the answer to yet, don't worry! We'll figure things out together.

I'll always arrive early to scout the best location for these photos. The venue coordinator also usually knows the best photo spots if group photos will be on site.

Are you planning to do any first looks before the ceremony? If so, is there a specific spot you'd like these to happen?

With each other, parents, friends, etc.

If you are seeing each other before the ceremony, would you like to do the majority of the posed photos before you say “I do”?

How long do you expect your ceremony to last?

How many guests to expect to attend the ceremony and reception?

For your ceremony, is it okay for me to walk through the aisle and up front to get better shots?

Are there any specific people NOT in your group photos that you’d like to get photos with? If so, when would you like these photos to happen?

What time will the reception start? Is there a social/cocktail hour?

Are you doing a grand entrance?

Will it be just you two or the whole party? Anyone else? Will there be someone announcing your entrance?

Would you like to take sunset photos with just the two of you? If so, do you have a specific spot in mind for these photos?

Sunset time varies based on season!

April through July ranging from 7:30pm to 9pm
August through October ranging from 6:00pm to 8:00pm
November between 4:30pm and 5:00pm

Will there be speeches/toasts? If so, who will be giving them?

When it's time for photos of just the two of you, what feels most comfortable?

We'd love lots of guidance and gentle direction.

A mix of both - we'd like a little guidance, then space to settle into the moment together.

We prefer to interact naturally just the two of us, with minimal guidance. We enjoy being in front of the camera!

Generally I'll go with the in-between, offering some gentle guidance and go with your energy :)
